1. Scope of Our Services

1.1 NusantaraGo is an online site that provides services to make it easier for customers to browse and make reservations for fast boat tickets, personal transportation, activities, and vacation packages in Bali, Gili islands, Lombok, Nusa Penida, and Nusa Lembongan. Visitors can directly order them through NusantaraGo. We will provide details of your order and send confirmation via email on behalf of the provider. We reserve to refuse an order that you made if it does not comply with these terms and conditions.
1.2 Limitation of Liability: We (NusantaraGo) become the third party for service providers and customers regarding bookings on our site. We have contracts with the providers to guarantee that providers will provide the best service to customers of NusantaraGo. Although we have carefully selected providers, we cannot guarantee and verify that all information provided by providers is accurate, correct, and recently updated. In providing an online platform that connects you with providers, we are not responsible for any overbooking, force majeure, mechanical problems, delays or other acts caused by Providers. The services provided by us on the site are the sole responsibility of the providers, e.g. when you are injured, sick, or die while using the services, it is the sole responsibility of the Providers, and NusantaraGo will be under no liability at all. Please contact the provider directly if there is a complaint about the trip or the available services. You can also contact us regarding the complaint so that we can carry out quality control and improve our service in the future.
1.3 If there are changes in conditions or circumstances in the field, it might be caused by unexpected changes from the Providers, which made our site slightly less accurate and provide some inappropriate information. If this happens, please contact our Customer Service.
1.4 Passengers who book fast boat ticket a day before or last minutes before departure time, should confirm the availability to our customer service to avoid the passengers book the seat when our team try to closed it.

2. Use of The Site

2.1 You can use the site to ask questions and make a valid booking for our products/services to avoid speculative orders and fraud from the customer’s side and to anticipate the availability of bookings for other customers. You undertake to make payments legally and correctly according to the payment details.
2.2 You are required to provide personal information correctly and accurately on the site to avoid misunderstanding between you and the Providers.

3. Cancellation or Amend Booking

3.1 To make changes to the booking or information on the booking, it can be done up to 1 day before departure by contacting our Customer Service via email or our WhatsApp number.
3.2 By booking on our site, you have agreed to the conditions imposed by the Providers. The cancellation terms for each providers are different, but mostly the same, and fees required for cancellation are the subject to passengers. NusantaraGo imposes fees for refunds of 10% of the amount returned. Providers we work with agree that:
– Bookings cancelled more than 2 weeks from the departure date will get a full refund from us (not including fees that customers must pay).
– Cancellation between two days to 2 weeks before departure will be refunded 50% of the refund amount.
– Cancellation of less than 2 days will not get a refund.

4. Site Content

4.1 We have the right to change the site content or terms on the site, provided we will provide information about the changes before we change them.

5. Payment Details and Procedures

5.1 Payment is made under the details listed on the product/service.
5.2 For the booking made, we will give you specified time limits to finish your payment. If the payment is not made, we reserve the right to reject the booking that you made before.
5.3 If any problem occurs during the payment process, e.g. you finish the payment but the confirmation email does not appear on your email, you can contact our customer service.
5.4 After you make the payment, we will provide you with the booking code, customer name, number of booking, booking details, and phone number.

6 Promotion and Prices

6.1 We provide promos or lower prices under the conditions provided by the providers. If there is a sudden change, it is the providers’ sole authority.
6.2 The promo code that we provide will be valid at the time we have determined it according to the provisions of the providers.

7. Insurance

7.1 Insurance Policy: We do not provide insurance for bookings made at NusantaraGo. Several providers provide limited insurance to their passengers.

8. E-Tickets and Voucher

8.1 After booking and payment through the site, you will receive an E-Ticket or voucher that you can show to the providers. You must bring your E-ticket or voucher to be considered a no-show to the providers. Proof of payment is also accepted if you lose your E-ticket with the conditions specified by the providers.
8.2 During check-in, Providers will double-check that the name on the E-Ticket and the Identity you bring must match.
8.3 If there is an error in the package, date, or destination caused by us, you can request a change directly to our Customer service.

9. Age & Travel Restrictions

9.1 To purchase a ticket through us, you must be 18 years old and have the legality to make bookings and payments.
9.2 You must comply with any travel restrictions that apply to the place where you are travelling. Please check the applicable government regulations before you travel.
9.3 We are not responsible if there is a loss of personal items such as confidential documents, luggage, and others. Loss of stuff during a trip or activity is the provider’s sole responsibility. We help you to resolve the issue between you and the provider if necessary.

9. Age & Travel Restrictions

9.1 To purchase a ticket through us, you must be 18 years old and have the legality to make bookings and payments.
9.2 You must comply with any travel restrictions that apply to the place where you are travelling. Please check the applicable government regulations before you travel.
