Some fast boats provide hotel transfers in the form of a shuttle or private car to take you to the port. You can directly order the hotel transfers listed on your reservation.
If you come from Padang Bai, it will only take about 1.5 – 2.5 hours to get in there. From Nusa Penida, it takes 2 hours (for a direct fast boat) and 2.5 hours (for island hopper). From Sanur, it takes 3 – 3.5 hours to reach Gili (island hopper).
