When you are on vacation in Bali, you can try to go to Nusa Ceningan. Nusa Ceningan is a small island that is part of the three clusters of islands in Nusa Penida. The area is only 300.6 hectares, Nusa Ceningan Island is the smallest island between Nusa Penida and Nusa Lembongan. Geographically, Nusa Ceningan is located halfway between the islands of Nusa Penida and Nusa Lembongan.
You can go to Nusa Ceningan by land via the yellow bridge from Nusa Lembongan and by sea from Nusa Lembongan and Nusa Penida. From Nusa Lembongan to Nusa Ceningan via the yellow bridge, it is advisable to rent a motorbike to cross the yellow bridge. You can also use the services of a fishing boat to cross to Nusa Ceningan from Nusa Lembongan or Nusa Penida. Motorcycle rental rates range from Rp. 100,000 – Rp. 200,000 per day and for fishing boats around Rp. 20,000.
When in Nusa Ceningan, there are several interesting places that can be visited. First, the Blue Lagoon which displays 20 meter high cliffs and is combined with clean sea water. Second, Crystal Bay which is a beach with crystal clear water. It is suitable for diving activities or snorkelling. Crystal Bay is the habitat of Mola-Mola fish, and there is also Mushroom Bay. Third, Song Tepo Beach which are suitable for sunbathing activities because they have a wide expanse of white sand and calm waves.
